Why
Since the BBS comes without an Operating-System, you must install it yourself.
And without an O.S. it listens to the console (keyboard, video screen) only.
You can't do anything from a remote connection yet.
That's not all ... the boot menu on the memory stick only works from
a PS2 mouse and keyboard !
(with round connector).
How
Remove the little back-plane with 4 screws.
Then you see a few connectors, enough to attach a video screen and
an USB-keyboard and USB-mouse. That's all.
You need a PS2 keyboard [and mouse] (not USB !)
Remove the larger back-plane with 4 screws.
Then you see more connectors, enough to attach
a PS2 mouse and a PS2 keyboard as well.
You need this only when installing Ubuntu.
